Karma Central Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Karma Central purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, lace, and protective materials intact.

For hygiene reasons, wigs and hair products that have been worn, installed, cut, colored, washed, styled, altered, or had the lace cut are not eligible for return.

Shapewear and body garments must be unworn and returned in their original condition with all tags and protective/hygiene liners intact. Worn or used shapewear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Final-sale items, clearance items, gift cards, and personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or defective due to our error.

Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process an approved refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for approved returns.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
